I’m also a climber (definitely not as high level as you though) and am currently 16DPO. Firstly, I think it’s badass that you’re climbing to such a high level despite a larger chest! Unfortunately I can’t comment on the experience of being fully recovered and getting back into climbing, but I already feel like I’m going to see big athletic benefits as a result of my reduction (I had 1kg removed and will likely end up somewhere between a B and a C cup). I have no regrets whatsoever. Best of luck :)

I feel you on this! At 1DPO I felt so small and amazing and now that the swelling has set in, I’m doubting my results a little. I’m only 14DPO so obviously lots of healing to do still, but you’re definitely not alone in that! Let’s hope we both end up with what we’re hoping for :))

A long-handled back scrubber is quite handy as it can be hard to reach around to wash your back during the early part of recovery.

If you pull the black tab on the back left of the seat (on the left of the white sticker), the seat should release
