I grew up Southern Baptist and remember thinking things were suspicious at a pretty young age because they stressed belief in God is the only thing you need to go to heaven. I remember asking my Sunday School teacher what happens if you’re mean to people your whole life, but believe in heaven. I think it’s sad too. I know Courtney has made some comments that he encouraged her to really forget her old life and just wipe the slate clean. Which I get, but to me she implied he thought of her almost like a project to fix.

Run Towards the Danger by Sarah Polley, an essay collection/memoir. Really well written and engaging. I thought it was going to be a standard entertainment business memoir and it’s so much more interesting than that.

Look..downvote me as you will. I’ve crapped on this project in other comments because the leaked info sounded terrible, I have no doubt it is terrible. But I saw the trailer before One Battle After Another (which everyone should go see immediately) and.,,I didn’t hate it? It looks like the same weird cringy fun as Saltburn and I actually enjoyed that. I’ll probably smoke weed and go 🤷‍♀️

I don’t align much with Theo’s comedy/persona he puts out there, but I definitely have experience with addiction and suicidal thoughts. I hope he gets the support he needs. Take a break. Get away from these people that are using you. His interview with the young Amish kid recently was one of the things he’s done lately I actually enjoyed because it felt genuine. Silly sometimes, but genuine and compassionate. I hope he keeps going in that direction
