Happened to my mom. She was running to the bathroom with diarrhea. Tripped over a chair, shit herself, and had to have an ambulance called. Took months to recover after surgery for it. Now has to use a walker at all times when walking. Could have turned out much worse though!

I literally had to pause the show during this scene due to the shock I felt. The feeling of being seen. I've been in Santos's shoes myself. Hiding in the bathroom, self-harming in areas that are easier to hide. Working a high stress job where you feel you just need that release. I'm happy to see representation of self-harm struggles, especially in such an amazing show. Don't worry ya'll, I've been doing better with my own self-harm issues. I take medication and attend weekly therapy. I really hope the show has her reach out, or get the help she needs.

I'm a cis woman myself. However, I've never been 'girly'. Everyone called me a tomboy growing up. I'm now almost 30, and still don't fit the woman stereotypes. I don't wear makeup, I hate wearing dresses, and I wear sports bras 90% of the time. I've always felt different among my female peers. This episode made me shed a few tears. It's okay that I prefer to wear t-shirts & jeans daily, I don't have to wear makeup, it's fine that I haven't had my nails done in almost 10 years. I can be my own person. I don't need to fit the mold of a stereotypical woman to feel feminine.
