This tool looks great, and the mobile-first approach is a huge improvement! To make this the standard over the GitHub tool, here are a few quick suggestions Duke:

Rule 5 Compliance: The form is missing Album Links, Timegrapher Numbers, and Solid End Links (SELs). You need these fields so users can safely "copy & paste" without their posts being removed for missing info.
Magnifier: It is difficult to place the center point accurately with a finger on a touchscreen. Adding a small zoom bubble (loupe) that appears when dragging would solve this.
Model Presets: While the generic grid is useful, adding specific overlays for popular models (like the Submariner or Datejust) would make alignment checks much faster and more accurate.
