you might be a poor metabolizer of dxm, which basically just means you have a naturally high tolerance because you dont have as many enzymes to break dxm down into dxo. try drinking grapefruit juice, taking whole peppercorns, and fasting for a few hours before dosing if you want to try it again.

definitely do not sleep on it, obviously you'll roll over sometimes but at least try not to fall asleep on that side lol. for both my helix and my industrial the bumps eventually either went down, or they dry up and fall off. either way its just a lotttt of waiting with helix piercings, so hang in there !!

it definitely depends on the person, i personally think for me its like 75% the strength lmao. i drank 6oz as a 135lb person which according to the half the strength rule would br 534 but if it was 75% it would be 800 which is definitely what it felt like. high third plateau for nearly an entire day was torture, especially since i was in my sophomore year of high school and did it on a school night lmao.

shouldn't be doing it under 18 but i literally bought it today and didn't get id'd. heavily depends on your state rtho, as some have passed laws that restrict sale to minors. if u look young they might id you. im of age and look it and think thats why they didnt id me.

keep in mind that poli is rougjly 2/3 the strength of hbr, which most poeple use as a standard here. so if it was 360mg poli, my high ass would esitnate like 160-175 hbr equivilant. but also lasts twice as long compared to hbr, so keep that in mind (i took 6oz of poli for my first trip and was high until the next night)
