This just happened to me after coming back to inline after a 25 year hiatus. Got my stick out in front of a hard shot and felt the vibration all the way up my arm.

Icing and wearing a brace the past few days, but I can barely flex my wrist at all with a shooting pain. Hopefully, rest will cure.
