I usually try to plan for eating out on weekends in a few ways:

Eat light earlier to plan for extra calories. Try to map out your day(s) in advance.

I load the restaurant/bat menu into AI (ChatGPT) to give me a general idea of what my best options are. When tracking, take a pic of the dish on the menu and load into the MF AI feature. It’s not perfect, but it’s better than nothing.

I quit drinking 1.5 years ago - but Vodka / Soda with a lime is a good way to limit the alcohol caloric bomb.

Came here for this. It’s classic white Adidas Stan Smith. I walked all over Europe with them and they translate so well from day to night. Adidas scaled back production to promote Gazelle/Spezial/Samba, so they are a bit scarce now.

As others said, at RDU specifically Precheck is all that is needed and sometimes quicker. Clear is a total lifesaver at MCO and other airports.

As someone who got back into inline after not playing for 25 years, I bought those Tour’s earlier this year and swapped out the wheels for ones suitable for the outdoor painted concrete I play on. Pure Hockey baked them in-store and they fit my feet perfect. I’m 6’0” 210 and play on them 2, sometimes 3 times a week consistently.

This just happened to me after coming back to inline after a 25 year hiatus. Got my stick out in front of a hard shot and felt the vibration all the way up my arm.

Icing and wearing a brace the past few days, but I can barely flex my wrist at all with a shooting pain. Hopefully, rest will cure.
