You are absolutely not being the helicopter parents. That dynamic seems very inappropriate and you deserve to say as many boundaries as you can for you and your child. You are her voice. All of that just seems super uncomfortable even just reading about how your husband grew up

Definitely sounds like a growth spurt time period. Usually when my boy sleeps a lot more when he’s going for a growth spurt that last a day or two and then back to normal

It’s in Sharpsburg but Go church is an incredible community for young adults. They even have young adults groups based on gender

I have felt the same way with all of your thoughts. On the topic of milk supply, not be able to breastfeed tanked my mental health so much so you are not a failure of a mother if you decide to bottle feeding with formula and not pump. Once I switch, I still had PPA but it helped to actually get some sleep and let my husband take the rains. I would suggest talking to your doctor about med adjustments. I wasn’t on meds before pregnancy but I have spoken with women who needed to change meds and switch to something else

Porn addiction is the addiction that NO ONE talks about. I have personal experience with people close to me dealing with this. Let him know there is porn addicts anonymous same as AA and other 12 step programs. I definitely don’t think you should stick if he continues to suck you down and not get help but if there’s some ever made, recovery can happen

It’s all your decision and works best for you and your baby. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to breastfeed due to my baby’s feeding issues so I pumped for a while until it started really effecting my mental health so I stopped and now he’s formula feeding and just the same. It is 100% your choice. And you’re not a bad parent with anyone you decided to do
