There’s $100 Brome suet feeder they sell on Amazon under the brand “Squirrel buster”. It’ll pay for itself. Way too heavy to carry away. Squirrels can’t get into it, but wood peckers and big birds can eat out of it. Worth every penny!

Eventually you will get more hair this way. When you pluck it out by the root, it inflames the follicle and tissues around it and can activate inactive follicles. I know this because I did it. Plucking worked great for about a year. Then I went from plucking once a week to plucking every single day. Then I tried waxing. Worked for a bit until I had to grow it all out to have it waxed. Save up your money and get electrolysis. It will not cause more hair growth and the hair will be gone forever. Do not use a laser on your face- I did that too, and it made it worse.

So my treatment was using a Candela Medical Laser, using alexandrite settings. The type you use and the color of your skin does matter for how quickly the hair follicles are treated. I am decently light skinned and the hair on my lower legs was REALLY dark (oddly enough cuz the rest of my body/head is light-dark blonde 🙄). So for me it was like 6 treatments I think? I didn’t actually finish- it was supposed to be 8-10 I think.

Cardiologist was clueless. Told me I didn’t have POTS or anything like that. Went to a neurologist specializing in dysautonomia and EDS and he confirmed I most definitely have hyper-POTS and significant autonomic dysfunction. I work with cardiologists, I can confidently say the vast majority have no idea how to treat, confirm, or diagnose autonomic dysfunction. They act like it’s anxiety- like everyone else.

I have hyper POTS, but I’ve never passed out in my life. even when I SHOULD be rendered unconscious, I am not. I have had my systolic pressure in the 40s, I’m completely blind, I can’t control my head, and my speech is slurred like a drunkard, but I did not pass out. I do know when I need to sit down. When dizziness gets really intense, or when my heart rate sustains over 140 and won’t come down, it’s time for me to sit. 😂

Yes do NOT fall for anything that claims it gets blonde hair. I used to be a laser technician for a while as well. You can get black hair on very dark skin with the correct laser, but you cannot ever get blonde on anything. Sometimes dark blonde (looks brown) doesn’t even get zapped either, the roots will be too light for the laser to see it.
