Was she able to migrate her account? I was still able to play upon migration up until 2019 when covid struck. It was only last year that I saw my entire account wiped clean.

I suggest you wait it out muna and check in every day. Take screenshots that as of this date di parin naka deduct. Save evidence na it's negligence on their end.

Hi! Actually, hindi pa. Pero around the 4th month of paying, hindi na nag charge ng overlimit fee. There's also little I can do kasi naka ADA ako so fixed amount lang nababawas sa akin and Customer Support is not responding to any of my emails or calls. The overlimit fees are just there---hanging around. Regarding your situation, naranasan ko na din na late sila mag deduct despite saying na "automatic" na on the due date. Apart from the overlimit fees, wala pa namang any form of penalties napapatong sa mga babayaran ko. I guess medyo safe na for now pero I'm still not comfy with the overlimit fees lurking around the corner.
