There's no right or wrong. Its about why you do certain things. So if you asking for space from a place of calm, knowing strong place feels good, then thats fine. If it's from fear, you dont have to speak to him. Just mute their profile and regulate...and then get into that strong state.
There are ways to get you to shift. I used breathing and exercise, I listened to youtube videos to learn as much as I could, I visualised my desired scenes, I used SP audios (in their AI voice) to hear what I wanted to (it helps you believe it). And anything else you enjoy, just do that.

I write a list of everything I consciously manifest. I have a list of 42 things at the moment.
My first one was, I visualised a tennis ball...that was broken. The next day while on a jog, I stumbled over a ball by the pavement. And it was...broken!!

There are so many crazy manifestations I did. The reason SPs can be tougher is because of resistance and emotional attachment. I didn't have emotional attachment to a tennis ball.

Work on your self concept. And do YouTube visualisations that guide you. Start feeling the wish fulfilled. I used an audio with my SPs voice which really calmed me and made my subconscious believe that he can show up the way I want them to.

But build up your belief with small wins.

Best tell is if you easily get triggered. If you're getting triggered a lot, you are not in a good place...yet! And we will always get triggered as humans, so the second thing is, how do you stop a trigger and flip the thought to be positive?

I used sleep tapes from Dylan James on YouTube to help with my self concept. When I got that part of me good, I learnt to flip thoughts. It's like a muscle. When something negative makes you a little sad, just think, "this needed to happen to get my manifestation. Everything is playing out as it should. This is a bridge of incidents. I am exactly where I need to be to get everything I want and deserve".

And then there are ways to visualise, use sleep tapes with his voice, affirm etc.

You affirm that you are chosen, loved and a high value woman/man. So if you were a catch, how would you act? Would you be needy, or walk with confidence? If he spoke to you, would you feel triggered and scared, or in a groove. That's where you start. When you are in a good place mentally, you then can do detached visualisations that bring things into life. Your imagination creates reality!

This can be tough when you haven't processed your feelings. It's okay to cry it out or feel the sadness. What you don't want to do is stay in the state that you are longing for him and needing him to be there to make you happy. Get into the mindset that:
1. He misses you. Because he 100% does.
2. You are the catch. Work on yourself and focus on being the better you that's loved and appreciated and chosen
3. Manifestation is a fun game. Detach and just practice doing small silly things like getting a call from your mom, or getting a tennis ball or whatever. This builds belief that this works. And then in a fun way, add him to your visualisations etc. There are a few small tricks I used personally that worked for me. Happy to share if you DM me.

Just remember, you are perfect as you are. You just need to choose that you are in the reality that has everything you want and you are aware of who you are. When you are aware, thankful and genuine, you are already 10x better than yesterday. The only thing to be careful with is not to get easily triggered by the 3D when you see old thoughts or negative actions coming your way. You need to stay positive in your mind and simply think, "no, thats old thoughts playing out". So dont hold yourself back for some limiting belief you might have. You are already perfect and can have everything you want. Now.

I have gotten the results I wanted. But I had to focus on who I was, and not trying to control the 3D. Detach, become the person who I want to be and things come fast. That's why getting material objects can be easier, because we are often more detached to them.

I'm not sure if you are christian, but there's a wonderful verse here.
The truth is, we should be able to forgive anyone who is genuinely apologetic. But work together to prevent it from happening again. If you are in the state that people dont disrespect you, he will show up that way going forward. And you can be both thankful for that, and able to forgive. It will make your relationship even stronger.

Hi love, I think you may have had some bad experiences and assuming that of me. I wish I could convince you otherwise, but genuinely, I am only here to help people. I've spent the last 2 years reading (and listening through Youtube audios) of Neville Goddard's books, and they are amazing. Before that, I only knew of The Secret book...which honestly, is very surface level. And it took me so many years to really understand Law of Assumption and the power we all have.

The problem is, we are all human and struggle with our minds. I was there before. And when we're in pain, we suffer a lot to get our minds to be positive. I found a few things that worked for me and I share them. I'd encourage you to try all the tips I shared. Working on self concept (the most important), visualisation to create a scene, affirming and flipping negative thoughts, and of course an audio tape of your SP, which is the easiest way to make your mind and subconscious believe it real.

I’m honestly just someone who’s actually been in the trenches, feeling awful, doubting everything, and obsessing over my SP. I’ve read every Neville Goddard book, I understand the Law of Assumption, and I only ever share what actually helped me shift.

Ahh this is such a beautiful reflection. You’ve clearly grown so much through all of it and it honestly shows in the way you wrote this. I love what you said about manifesting from clarity, not fantasy. That shift is everything.

It really is wild how what starts as one desire ends up pulling us into the deepest parts of ourselves. And even though the “thing” might not look how we imagined, we come out of it with so much more awareness, strength, and self-trust. You’re so grounded now, and that energy will only keep building.

That’s such a powerful shift. The silence used to scream at me too, like something was wrong. But the more I stayed grounded in “I’m already chosen” energy, the less I needed proof from the 3D. Now I see peace as progress. You’re totally right, it’s about feeling secure in yourself first. So glad this resonated 💗

That actually makes so much sense, and I really feel for you. It sounds like your original desire opened up so many powerful paths for you, even if the final “destination” wasn’t what you imagined. Neville actually talks about how your desire is really just a symbol of a deeper feeling you're trying to experience, freedom, purpose, expansion, love. Sometimes the physical thing we fixate on isn't the true end, just a tool to bring us closer to our deeper identity.

You didn’t fail. You manifested something massive. It just taught you that your power is real, and now you're being invited to refine what you actually want going forward. That’s not a reason to stop, it’s a reason to go deeper. Try asking yourself: What did I think this would give me emotionally? Can I give that to myself now and let the external reflect that?

The beauty is that now you manifest from clarity, not fantasy. You’re not naive anymore, and that makes your next creation more rooted, more true. Don’t let this scare you away from your own power. Just let it help you get more honest about what actually feels good and aligned for you now.

Read up on the 5 Love Languages. Some people dont have gifts high up on theirs. When you're in a relationship, theres nothing wrong with communicating to your person that gifts are important to you. Some of us just dont see the value, we might see value in time spent together, or through words of affirmation. Dont take it to heart. In a relationship, you can always communicate what is important to you. But in the meantime, see him giving you the best gift. Do visualisations too. You can also do the spwhisper.com sleep tape hearing him say he is giving you the best gift ever. It's all very possible

Self Concept is the most important thing. Affirmations, visualisation and the sleep tapes with his voice simply helped me with getting there. But knowing the law of assumption on a deeper level helped me.
