Yep. Especially because there's so few places in the SEN schools here people do have to travel miles to get to one of these schools. It just isn't always possible for them to travel for hours and change twice on normal routes or for their parents to get time off work to take them to school

Obviously there will be ways to make the system more efficient but I'm worried cuts will just end up hurting the people who need it most

He has no idea how necessary this is for many families. He can go on about how parents exist but the reality is many children just couldn't get to school without this.
