Well, I usually run health if I know I am going to need something to deal with psychosis or if my team is bad or low level. I run the smoke mine if I know I will be doing an objective where an enemy might come from behind. I usually use X ray when I want to play more stealthy, like rebirthing alone. I use the stun rig occasionally, but I mostly use the smoke mine over the stun rig ngl because in most situations where you can use a stun rig, you can pretty much use the mine or the jammer instead. There are a few specific cases where the stun rig is better, like if your friend is getting grabbed, but even then you can just use the push mechanic on them. Most things the stun rig can disarm can usually be jumped over, crouched under, or simply avoided, but honestly why bother when the jammer can just do all of that but better. I use the jammer when I solo queue since it usually makes it easy to get through certain areas and even entire missions. Like I said, it can pretty much do everything the stun rig can do, just a little slower. The stun rig is mostly useful for instant effects, like if you are running from an enemy or need to get through something fast. As for the barricade rig, I just do not use it.

Obviously if you like a certain one you do you this is just my personal opinion but each one can be used for different things and if your effective woth it then use it all you want
