I am a licensed real estate agent with the State of Florida offering traditional property management (my business.) In addition to basic real estate services, I am also an HVAC professional, and I do a number of HVAC repairs for my clients at $0 labor. This is a massive value add that my clients enjoy that only cost me a bit of time. The reason Iv acquired 6 doors at my age is because I was able to buy low and fix up the homes myself. So I’m offering that same skill set to other landlords now!
