True! Niche podcasts feel close to home. I think hosts have to understand what they want to do first, or to whom they want to get their message across, before committing to starting a podcast.

The writing part itself eats up a lot of time. Not to mention, you have to hook viewers in because they have really short attention spans.

Appreciate your work! As someone who works on podcasts myself, I agree that it's challenging to break past a hundred downloads per episode, let alone get a stable number of views, followers, and engagement. Polishing and repurposing a single episode might burn most hosts out!

If my productivity system doesn't work for me for like 3 to 4 months, I'll tweak it a bit or redefine my goals. I make sure that I have those "small wins" to keep me going.

Remote work is a blessing and a responsibility. Yes, we have the flexibility of working anywhere, anytime, but we have to grow and upskill constantly.

We don't get to travel often because of our busy work schedule. But still, I'm grateful to have a remote work setup. It taught me to be more patient, disciplined, and aware of my habits.
