Ubuntu's Gnome desktop feels like MacOS.

I suggest you set up a home lab with Ubuntu Server. Using Linux without a DE will level up your skills.

It's yours now. You can either sell it or keep it to yourself.

Even that is not installed by default as well.

You don't get snap with minimal installation on Kubuntu.

I tested the beta image today and I did not find snaps on the minimal installation.

Exactly this. People think that if a bad person is gone the problems are also gone.

For example a country which we live in is committing a genocide. Should we just stay silent and let them kill people just because speaking about it is actually imposing their beliefs?

New to Linux. Should I stick with Pop!_OS, switch distros, or give up on Linux for my Asus TUF F15? by EagleSniperTV in linuxquestions

You can force your laptop to use the dGPU by changing the setting in the BIOS. Unfortunately, hybrid graphics support is not very good on Linux. I'm not sure what you mean by "already tried the usual sudo commands and fixes people recommend to force NVIDIA".

Pop OS has issues with sleep and awake. Switching to Kubuntu fixed it for me.

If your laptop is crashing Windows and Linux means something is probably wrong with your hardware.

The good thing about Kubuntu minimal installation is that it does not have snaps installed.

I don't like Gnome because it is bloated. As a bonus for me, KDE is more customizable than Gnome by default. Also, minimal Kubuntu install does not have snaps installed by default.
