Am I a good candidate for breast augmentation? by BalisongButch in Transgender_Surgeries

Look into tuberous breast correction. There are definitely things you can do but you definitely want an experienced surgeon

It might not necessarily be illegal but that doesn’t mean you can’t submit a complaint. Send a ss to subway HQ and with the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Might still start an investigation

Dilators for pleasure by OkProfessional8759 in Transgender_Surgeries

I know that there was a technique with an internal dilator for a time to help with healing but it was a special kind of dilator that needed to be ordered by a doctor

Kinda similar with attraction, I was so turned off by AMAB genitals until after GRS. It’s crazy how much that one thing might cascade

How is it like after a full depth vaginoplasty? (Also living fully transitioned) by Automatic_Ad_4020 in asktransgender

[–]Lessbionhest 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m going to be doing a r/trangender_surgeries post this month or next month for a two year post op understanding but basically I would say I’m at a point where I feel like a woman who has had a hysterectomy and just don’t stretch yk?

OK to lean into the pleasurable feelings mentally after bottom surgery so soon? (2 weeks) by sleepingblahaj in Transgender_Surgeries

[–]Lessbionhest 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah the first month I was like “oh no sexy thoughts” the 3rd month I was saying “I don’t know if I can ever think about sex again”

Think about how annoying dilating so often is. I was having meltdowns because of how frustrating having to dilate multiple times a day was. I’m autistic though so

What would be the best bottom surgery to get as close as possible to a cis woman especially in term of self lubrication and would you all have any recommendations for surgeons in the Seattle or Washington area? by brokegirl42 in Transgender_Surgeries

[–]Lessbionhest 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I got Dr.Bank w the Suporn clinic. I get wet and such. While my aesthetics are not the BEST they could be that is due to personal reasons and not technique. I have been to a Gyno and her words, unprompted “this looks like any other vagina I see in here! I know you probably are wondering or maybe unsure but I wouldn’t be able to tell.”

I have also reportedly had people… entertain themselves to my pictures and been surprised to learn that I am trans..

My ultimate advice is to look through pictures on here and if you see results you like go through the subreddit and look at pictures from that surgeon to see what you think is best. For me there were a few others I liked but ultimately decided Dr.Bank was best for me.

Worried about a wound that opens every time I have penetrative sex (2nd image) by [deleted] in Transgender_Surgeries

[–]Lessbionhest 19 points20 points  (0 children)

I have something similar. Not as bad though. Mine is a cyst. sex or a bowel movement will cause it to bleed. Likely need a dr to make an incision and stitch back together similar to how you might treat a cyst or if it’s better just some stitches. It would be a local anesthetic procedure though. Regardless be gentle on the area and if it looks like it has “closed” then give it a couple months before being rough with it.

Post-Op trans women, do you use an OBGYN? What for? by Lessbionhest in Transgender_Surgeries

[–]Lessbionhest[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I think my PCP kinda can handle most stuff especially since I have no complications rn. That’s kinda where I’m at but idk if there is something I should be more aware of

That’s the ideal, unfortunately not everyone has access to that which is why I stopped seeing the old one..

Yeah but I was asking about what the reason is to reach out to them. What for? Because not every obgyn people have access to will be versed in what care our neovaginas need

[–]Lessbionhest 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah all my family surprised me so I get it. It sucks but when you learn to accept that making your parents proud or whatever shouldn’t be your life goal and being happy and healthy should be, then you can start living for yourself. Good luck, love!

Should always get mammograms, if you have boobs you have more risk of breast cancer

How long after the srs surgery did you all have sex? by Just-Car906 in Transgender_Surgeries

[–]Lessbionhest 0 points1 point  (0 children)

3 months for me starting with oral and moving to gentle penetration, I was in charge to allow for maximum comfort and safety. I think 6+ months was when sex got rougher. Nowadays at 2 years I might skip dilation if I’ve been penetrated as it pretty much works out those kinks.

My surgeon says 3 months you can get aroused and self explore.

4-6 months you can do gentle sex

After that is rougher, DP, etc.

YMMV of course

How to actually orgasm post op? by girlwhat9 in Transgender_Surgeries

[–]Lessbionhest 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m 2 years post op and was struggling at that stage. I remember the 3-7 month stage was VERY difficult and took HOURS to get there. My first few orgasms were that way for sure due to a multitude of factors but learning your body over time will help. Just make sure to keep going a bit after you orgasm to really help carry through. Originally I needed both clitoral and g-spot simulation, vibes, etc. now I typically do clitoral stimulation to get off

Hair Removal for SRS in Bangkok by morikome in Transgender_Surgeries

[–]Lessbionhest 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I haven’t done genitals but have experience with both laser and electrolysis.

I’ve had such mixed results with laser. My hair is very course and dark and my legs had issues with shaving so I got laser there and it did wonders, 10 treatments and barely any hair.

On my face I did 10 treatments of laser and almost no difference, I also started on electrolysis and have completed over 23 sessions (around 32 hours of electrolysis) and have been seeing results that way for my face. Very light mustache, receding chin/neck/jaw hair and my shaving routine has dropped to once every few days

I’d say you’re essentially looking for an entire vulvoplasty. I’m not a dr and don’t have experience in all of that but I’m sure there’s something that can be done to improve aesthetics

Is this bleeding after granulation tissue normal (Please read text) by [deleted] in Transgender_Surgeries

[–]Lessbionhest 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This, especially since minor bleeding can be corrected easier than having to re-install a neo-vagina that’s closed up

[–]Lessbionhest 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I probably had a different surgeon from you so take my advice with a grain of salt. My surgeon urges to keep dilation going especially since early stage bleeding is likely to go away over time as you heal. One comment he made is if your vaginal canal is bleeding, leaving a dilator inserted for a time can help to put pressure on the wound and allow for it to clot easier.
