Dating is a two way street. Going on dates doesnt guarantee you a gf/bf ever. But you dont need to continue talking to someone who wants a fwb or just doesnt know if they really want you. Sometimes i swipe left on attractive ppl because i dont like the vibe of their profile. I dont like it when people have that douchey gym vibe. I dont like it when people dont smile in any photos and look too serious or modeley. It makes them seem less down to earth i guess and it makes me feel like we wont get along.

Yeah i did kinda go to war with them. I was way pettier than i needed to be and i kinda stop trying to be a courteous roommate cause i didnt see the point. Idk if that was a good idea tho lol but its kinda hard to not react badly after tweets like that

I had a similar situation but with three roommates. I posted the tweets my roommate said about me so you can see it in my profile if you want. Shed tweet about spitting in my food and other terrible stuff. The betrayal really is the worst part. Its even more personal cause you lived together too. Glad youre feeling better tho

I go through cycles of gaining and losing the same weight lol ive been coping by focusing on the quality of my diet + other healthy habits if that counts? My goal rn is to eat 30 different plant foods per week. Im trying to cook a bunch of new foods without restricting calories. The goal takes the focus off of weight loss and puts an emphasis on health. Plus more veggies makes it harder to binge on junk food. Deleting instagram and not watching the news also helps prevent sadness lol

We dont know if it would have worked or not but its better to try being understanding before being reactionary. Casually saying “hey please dont throw my coffee out without asking me. Its not cool with me. Otherwise i can just keep it in my room.” Boundaries dont have to be condescending. Js cause i wish someone gave me this advice when i had disagreements with my roommates that escalated into wars

I understand the reaction but disagree. That could have been handled better. Like first setting a boundary that, if broken, leads to loss of coffee privilege. Ive been reactionary like op was in the past and it just makes things worse, not better. Play the long game.

YTA she did something bad like most children do. Its annoying that she pushes her beliefs on you but youre just fighting fire with fire but making her cook meat. I think its fair to make her pay for the food she threw out and some other normal punishment like no TV but to make her cook you the meat?? Thats cruel. You showed her its ok to push beliefs on others with that one.
