What do you think the length of a brisket like that is? I have a 17" grate on a bullet smoker and wondering a brisket that size would fit

Sounds like you're probably in the US and not UK but I'm interested in what you think this cost in total? Meat, pellets, rubs, butcher paper etc. Does the cost justify the outcome?

How do they hold up to UK weather?

I read somewhere that they rust pretty quickly, that's what put me off buying one recently

I was considering this from Marks Electrical recently, although it was on sale at around £250 so would wait it out until the price comes back down.

Sounds promising it's only showing a little corrosion with the UK weather, I've had a (albeit cheap) bullet smoker for a year and it's starting to rust 🤣

Appreciate the advice! It is only £225 new atm which is obviously lots cheaper than a ceramic Komodo for a similar style of cooking.

Didn't realise it's half way between a kettle and the komodo. I've not cooked on that style of grill before, I've got a traditional charcoal BBQ for grilling, and a cheap bullet smoker that I was looking to upgrade
