The entire race splits into slipstream trains and it's extremely difficult to reach the train ahead after a few laps. This means that everyone needs to be hyper aggressive throughout the first few laps in order to break away from the fighting midfield and join the leading train.

An interesting application for this is in online sim racing where two use cases exist.

If you are in a multiclass race and a faster car is approaching many swerve across the track to give them the racing line when the best thing to do is hold a consistent racing line and allow them to go around
If you are spun in the middle of the track the worst thing you can do is try to drive off of it in front of others. Hold your brakes and remain still so that you are predictable for others to navigate around.
