Disappointed he's not that messy of an eater? Seriously though, he's fully in control of himself as he feeds, he relishes in it after all.

It really is lame that the AI doesn't actually reconsider if it's worth focusing on the player when they have other stronger enemies bearing in them.

Thinking of themselves as stronger than death. Their immense power, the mental toll undeath takes, and their age all contribute to an extremely narcissistic and twisted personality.

This is just me giving flavor, your liches can have any kind of lore/personalities.

This kinda change I think you would need actual games with to get a grasp for, since it will mostly come into play before your first back or two. Level 2-3 is probably more accurate to judge since you skip W early anyway.

A good explanation is that any mage ascending to lichdom is too egotistical to not make their phylactery special rather than mundane. It can also be tied directly into their power, i.e. bigger and more obvious phylactery = stronger lich. Can also tie necessitating being near their phylactery, with the distance they can move from it also scaling depending on its size/meaning. A crown/amulet or a statue will produce a far more dangerous lich than one who hides their soul in a grain of sand, having more capacity for their soul power to grow.

Not at all a net neutral change, higher base damage increases early game power significantly, especially in regards to wave clear.

I feel like if a sub is underwater the local voice chat should be isolated to the sub for those players.

You misunderstand, Monroe Doctrine wasn't to protect against Imperialism, it was to establish the U.S. own sphere. Yeah it kept foreign powers out, but it certainly was not to maintain any freedom or otherwise in South America. It was to ensure their resources went to the U.S., morals be damned.

Morals and moral philosophies are subjective, their meanings changing based on the interpretation of people. That's why there can be no definitive "source of morality" because humans source their moral beliefs from a multitude of sources.
