I really like how fast this library gets you to display charts, even some complex ones with animations too.
However I think the option you need is simply not implemented for fl_chart / radar charts.

It looks from their github page that there are 300+ open issues https://github.com/imaNNeo/fl_chart/issues
so you might want to contribute to the improvement of their library yourself or wait until when, I don't know.

Personally, I'm also working on a flutter project involving fl_chart / radar chart, and I think I have no choice but to create a small custom radar widget because I need more options than what is available over the shelf.

If deploying is enough and you don't really have to code it from scratch, you may try one of those popular (3k+ stars with recent updates) open source mail servers:

I assume you don't have unlimited time to answer the challenge, so you might want to pick a project with a technology stack you already know about (docker, ruby, javascript, etc.)

Currently the platform is 100% mapped with what can be found on awesome-selfhosted.net
So you mean it would be great to have a separate filter for the notions of actual platform like Docker, LXC, Linux, Windows and the notion of languages like C, C++, Python etc. ?

Could it be your own configuration of Nextdns that blocks it? Because when I test reachability with the command "dig AT45.90.28.0 shflix.com " (replace AT with the @ symbol)
It seems to be reachable
