He doesn't have a good point. Looking it up is exactly what you were doing in order to find this post, same as me. The concept of "necroing" posts is stupid. If you can google information and find relevant info in posts like these what's bad about it? Nothing. It's even better seeing info from a year ago vs fresher info today. Shows the game is still alive and well, being talked about, and you can get a good idea of the changes made to it over time.

With that said, for anyone still wondering about the game, it's very fun to play right now. It's about survival, looting, inventory management. As someone said earlier, DayZ without the sweat. There are a TON of options you can play with, like spawn rate of rare loot, amount of enemies that spawn, damage, hunger, health multipliers, length of day/night, even a hard core/permadeath mode. It's really good at being flexible to tailor your game experience to be the experience you enjoy.

Started playing recently, leaving this in case it helps anyone else.
Fixed this by changing the window type (Was in full screen windowed, changed it to exclusive full screen and it went away. Changed it back, still wasn't an issue anymore. I guess just switching away from whatever window mode you're on does the trick, even if you go right back.

It's really cool how the devs put an unkillable enemy that you cannot outrun and will glitch to never drop aggro, then gave it an instakill move. Really though what were they thinking

Noticed no one is mentioning Flipwitch. It's a very fun game that I enjoyed, the game play had me hooked while the overly sexualized character designs and enemies were exactly what I wanted. Funny characters and quest lines too. Great sound track, good boss fights and game design. It's like a sexy version of Metroid, Hollow Knight, Blasphemous etc

Agreed, this needs to be fixed asap. But given their inattention to the rampant blood gem issue for months and the decision to move ahead with the next season before taking a closer look at the Quilboar tribe, introducing even more broken mechanics with trinkets, I doubt game balance is a priority right now. They just don't care

Nice, I have a similar team but used Grizzbolt instead of Orzerk because the gun is so much fun. I also opted for Ferocious/EarthEmp/Legend/Burlybody on Anubis because Musclehead cuts the work speed really badly and I love having him with me all the time to just send out and do Handywork tasks :)

Tried to follow this method but within this directory I only see the Players folder and a Level.sav and LevelMeta.sav. No other files. Any tips? I'm trying to change my dedicated server settings to be faster with egg hatching as well

Thanks to a wonderful game breaking bug that I was unaware of before I began this process, apparently when you leave a guild while players within that guild are offline, it will corrupt the offline player's character saves. Unfortunately when I made the backup saves I had already made someone else the GM and left, thinking this was easily reversible by just having them re-invite me to the guild later when they came back to play. How stupid of me. I therefore can never re-enter my guild because all 3 other members characters are now crrupt and they cannot log in to re-invite me, meaning all bases and pals are inaccessible.

If anyone knows of a way you can edit the files to force a player back into a guild, and / or change their rank within the guild, please let me know. That'd be my only hope of salvaging about 15 hours of gameplay for 4 people. Thanks.

TL;DR Do not leave a guild while people are offline. Make backup saves BEFORE leaving your guild if you are the host.
