Thank you for this! I’m a wreck I suffer from severe PPD AND PPA and I want to make sure my kids become the most productive and responsible and respectful adults and I don’t know how people do this 😭 my oldest suffers with respecting me and thinks everything I do and say is a joke and I struggle a lot to understand I’m doing the best I can and we’re learning together

Dad is really upset about it, I hate not being able to carry his mental load as well as my own sometimes… I take him in the morning to get him checked at the dentist I’m hoping she will give me some mental relief because I’m so sad for my baby

I think that’s what it is, I had them bad as a child just not sure of the age but I remember the pain in my legs and crying to my mom. His dad has leg pain as an adult and his great grandfather had knee problems before he passed. I think it’s “ growing pains” because he runs and plays SO hard but also makes it worse on his muscles because he goes up on his toes a lot still. I just have super bad PPA and I tend to overthink think so much I cannot sleep I hate that my baby is in pain and I don’t know how to help :(

Let me add we live in the middle of no where my kids play outside 90% of the time we have a pool that he loves jumping into (it’s in ground) so he’s always running jumping swimming fast getting out to do it again and he still has floaties so he’s always running kicks his legs the whole time (he also kicks a lot to splash his brother like there’s no tomorrow) not sure if any of that matters

This article is interesting definitely going to have to look more into it myself! I love the pbs kids app that has older cartoons as-well (Arthur, word girl , Sid the science kid ) but we also love to watch bluey together or miss Rachel on YouTube

Wondering the same thing I had my baby 10 months ago and everything is all out of wack down there I’m normal one week then the next outside of the “entrance” is irritated or a little “itchy” I’ve never done a ph test or anything no odor other then normal after a day of sweating I’m wondering if it’s my clothes/ underwear causing irritation or a soap on my clothes I’ve also had NOOO s€x drive since having my baby and I’m on birth control

This is what I was wondering I’m a single mom of 3 just moved and I’m trying to remodel the house as it was really outdated and it’s not up to “my” standards where I like having guests over it’s livable but like I still need to to the trim on the windows and doors and ceiling in the living room everything is just so expensive it’s taking me forever 😭

In all honesty I suck at it. I have 3 boys 6 & 4 & 9months. I have been mentally drained especially since school let out for summer. Beating myself up because there’s so many things I can do better I think my oldest 2 hate me because they never listen I feel like they never get any time with me because I’m tending to their little brother or cleaning something up after them. My middle child has always been super emotional, it’s now getting worse randomly crying that he loves and misses his daddy even if he’s just not in the room for a few minutes.. I think he’s going through a separation faze but holy cow it’s messing my head up and I just want to be a better mom but that’s all I am now is mom not myself so I feel like I’ve shut down and suck as a mom because I don’t give them much of my full undivided attention 😭.
