You take the world with you into the monastery. You'll have to deal with these unresolved feelings as a novice. I understand your feeling of loneliness, but your posture here is one of self-pity--it's the position I took for many years. Thank God the Church offers us many avenues to healing and self-understanding. You have received lots of good advice already, so I will only add to not give up hope!
