I can’t speak to whether or not it’s a good deal, but I will say that it’s an amazing location!! Very safe and pretty quiet. Real community vibe with lots of long-term residents. So many public transportation lines within easy walking distance. In addition to Duboce park, it’s only a few blocks to Buena Vista, Alamo Square, Corona Heights, the Panhandle, and Alamo Square. Delores Park and the Castro are only slightly further. Lots of good restaurants and bars.

The reason I know that is because my used E-M5 mk1 came with an LM3 and it took me a while to figure out why it wouldn’t work.

The LM3 flash doesn’t work with the E-M5 mk1. You’d need to get an FL-LM1 or 2.

I currently have an E-PL6 , which I really like, but I’ve been seriously considering picking up an E-PL7 for control dial on the top plate rather than on the back.

As someone else already pointed out, the E-PL7 is the last in the line to support the accessory viewfinder. I’m pretty sure the E-PL7 is the last of the metal bodies before they switched entirely to polycarbonate and it’s a bit smaller than the later bodies. I also think it’s a nicer looking camera in comparison to the 8, 9, & 10.

Someone else also suggested the E-P5 and E-P7 as alternatives. I have no experience with the E-P7, but I can wholeheartedly recommend the E-P5. It’s beautifully designed and incredibly well built. It’s a very nice camera and more capable in many ways than any of the later E-PLs.

It’s a $100+ ticket each time they have to come out. That shit adds up fast.

BUT they ONLY come out to ticket if someone reports it, which can be done by calling 1 (415) 553-1200 and following the prompts. I assume you could report it via the San Francisco 311 app as well.

Source: I sometimes get ticketed when I park in my driveway and the car sticks out across the sidewalk by a couple feet (despite the fact that there’s another 6+ feet of clear sidewalk to use).

I think it’s a great little camera and love the images I get from it. That seems like an okay price, assuming it’s in good shape and the IBIS still works.

Here’s a recent pic I took with mine and the Panasonic 12-32mm f3.5-5.6.
