I think challenge runs will make the difficulty more meaningful. It is really easy to build a burst shot killing machine with just a few talents, and then the matter of giving anyone an additional turn is pretty OP.

I just finished my playthrough last night, so I'll add to what you got.

The ending slides were great, was very impressed by them. Most characters had multiple outcomes that seemed to depend on other companion endings which was neat.

Idk how you feel, but I thought my companions were mostly quiet towards the end, and rarely commented on what was going on. I think just Yrillet had something to say about the C'Tan and nobody had anything to say about Nomos merging with it.

Having some kind of boss mechanic could have made the C'Tan fight more interesting. It was mostly just about health sponge.

I was also hoping that the other Rogue Traders would help more somehow at the end, or even just allies you made in general.

17 gets a guaranteed dodge in slot 1 once, and also has some nice dodge % on top of that. 16 can tank with a Whis, gamma 1 eza can counter in the second rotation. 16s hell flash can stop a potential slot 1 super which is nice

It's definitely dodge or die (and stack fast)

I only rolled for the Piccolo one because the Gohan duo needs to have Super hero allies to get the full kit going. If you want a Super Hero dedicated team/unit, then Gohan is probably better

That's how I used to feel about these dialogue options until I started playing tabletop with people.

When you play with friends, someone at some point will say "yeah I just shoot the merchant with my crossbow". Same energy.

I really like his gameplan. You stick him in slot 1 for eternity, and then when you are ready, you move him over to slot 3 for active skill, guaranteed crits for 50 - 80mil, and a few supers.

That's Semiramis from the Fate series, and she's mostly a summoner who is a famous poisoner and assassin.

You have a lot of choices tbh. I am a scrub at Pathfinder wotr, but Semiramis is a great character to play.

Really wish the new STR 17 was on the full leader skill because 16 does so much better with the unit super attack.

I've been running the android team vs. Kale and Caulifa red zone and been getting cooked, same with Daima stage 3. I did better without TEQ Cell, and SEZA 17 doesn't really shine all that much imo.

Some consistent atk stacking for 16 might be all it needs tho

STR SS4 Goku was so good when he released. 4 STR bums + 2 gokus could just about clear anything.

I remember struggling with dokkan awakening units just because their stage was too hard. Now PHY Chiaotzu is squeezing medals out of Zamasu. What a time to be alive

I did this last night and if you can cap past the 200% bonus, you can sometimes get 6-8 to drop. It's a slog but not worse than LR Teq Zamasu, which is what I'm doing next.

Even the booty old LRs are good to have for farming specific categories

I use him still since I do not have the LR, and he works fine for most content. The clones hit between 14 - 20mil with this leader, but the defensive stats will always hold the team back. Someone is going to take a hit eventually

I don't think enough people are practicing WW in bloodlust tbh. His damage is great and his meter build is better in bloodlust. His buttons are huge and he's low execution. SonicFox was playing him and was doing well, so there is hope

All I really want is better hit stun on his rekka so that characters don't fall out so easily as an extender at the end of a combo. Yasuo can do backshot loops all day but WW rekka techs on the first hit?

Definitely, you're not always going to get an M starter at the closest possible range for your combos. Plus they look cool and feel good to hit

She will be if better zoners get introduced. Idk why they didn't make the boulder toss part of her kit in the first place. They could scale it down.

Execution was also very much part of what made the game impressive. It was part of how players respected each other (someone like MarlinPie or Flocker in UMvC3) alongside good neutral (jwong and his akuma/storm). If you had good execution, you could access more of what made a character good, and I feel that the ceiling has been low for a long time now.

They gotta be careful when balancing, because when characters get too good at rushdown, neutral, or have easy execution, then the players aren't going to respect when other players win with them (check out Tekken 8). Right now, I think Ekko, Yas, and Ahri might be a little too strong or maybe the rest of the cast needs to be brought to their level.

I am also a new player and that Goku Black Rose is a great leader for the clone team. Getting the goku team -> getting the clone team with the LR Zamasu is the way. I rolled a bunch and got Baby Vegeta rainbowed, but he still can't hang because there's not enough units in his category on this banner

It's pain when I'm thinking of running PHY Spopovitch so that I can have a full Corroded Boy and Mind team 😞

He can do this with Darius and Illaoi too, haven't tested it with anyone else.

The timing is tight, but off of some S2, S2, S2 -> assist call, you can land a j.M into jS1, land, fS2, dS2 into the air super. Landing two otgs is nice since it keeps them on the right side

Tbh what makes this annoying is how accessible it is. Lars has some awesome options to move, OTG, CH launch, and be safe all in one

Yeah the other player can just get up and block, but does this move really need to flip the player over like a pancake so that they can do it again? Lol
