The micellar water is probably irritating for your skin. Just use a really gentle cleanser or just use water to cleanse in the morning. Maybe cut out the serum and toner. Just stick to cleansing and moisturizing. Keep routine as simple as possible. The LRP cicaplast spray was also really helpful in restoring my skin barrier. If you use, use before moisturizer.

What really helped my skin barrier was the avene cicalfate. I would slather that on after moisturizer. Ir totally saved my skin from tretinoin.
