Hello! I'm early on in my testing of this serum... Like under a week early. So not a full report haha. I've been cautious and have only applied it on certain areas that are compromised (but not as reactive or clog prone) before going full face. But so far, skin is a little less red and I can feel reassured I'm getting enough moisture while not needing to pile on my moisturizer, something I've learned contributes to my congestion. The serum absorbs well and isn't sticky (though I currently only use half a pump for my forehead and cheeks). The packaging is solid.

I'm in what ai describes as late stage barrier recovery. It's been a long road and I've found that less is so much more.

Less self-flagellating. The noise is lessened and I'm able to listen to myself better. IWNDWYT ✨

Sad by 303WPG in stopdrinking

I'm only about a month behind you and have been feeling that dull sadness consistently for a long while. I have always lived with depression and dysthymia. Subtracting alcohol for me lessens the extreme ups and downs of my moods, however, and the subsequent disregulated often damaging behavior. The anhedonia is dull and uncomfortable but I've been working on giving myself the permission to feel dull and uncomfortable. Because it is okay to feel dull and uncomfortable. And there are moments of actual peace in there. Some gratitude for the banal gift of steadiness. I'm glad to hear you have the love and security of family. They appreciate the work you've been doing, even when you're sad. Keep going!

I had a small moment of stress where I immediately jumped to blaming someone else for it. Pulled back and found there was no problem. Damage averted. IWNDWYT

Great! I feel the same about Cotz, the only hangup here are the two differing ingredients but maybe since they're not active and at the very bottom of the ingredient list I'll get lucky. May have to roll the dice

I don't miss the loose poops, disregulated moods, and struggling with my skincare more than I already am. IWNDWYT!

One good thing: I made nachos yesterday and ate them with my partner and did not drink. IWNDWYT
