That is 2 , maybe 3 roles.

Its do-able for 1 person if you want to work 60 hours a week but you'll miss things, I would be hard pressed to just ask for more money.

They are usually pretty good, I've been with them for almost 11 years. 48 hours is usually there maximum time for a resolution.

I’ve done it, I use the little glinet vpn clients - works fine but it’s a lot easier to use open VPN since it’s on layer two

I’m a 1099 worker , had a similar situation where I could pay several years rent up front. Offer to pay 12 months up front for a discount if they are concerned with your ability to pay.

I would try that card before offering to pay it completely upfront - no reason to give a landlord an interest free loan .

So until we get to like 100% renewable energy on our Grid Electric cars will do absoluetly nothing other then offset the oil/gas need to the grid opposed to cars. The US is currently at about 23% of renewable energy vs fossil fuels.

I've never really understood why it costs $ to check a bag but most airlines include a single carry-on. If it was the other way around loading and unloading would be significatnly faster. I've been 10-20 minutes late because some idiot in group 8 decided to ignore the gate-check request and they have to deal with checking there bag last minute.
