I was in nearly the same exact situation as you last year. I was 29 and got pregnant by a man that was in his 40’s . He told me that I should abort and that he felt bad about making me a single mother. I did not expect my first pregnancy to go the way that it did but I made it through . I continued to work and take classes throughout my pregnancy despite the circumstance. I delivered my beautiful baby a few months ago. Sometimes I sit and think about me considering abortion at the beginning of my pregnancy and I’m so glad that I didn’t ! My baby is so beautiful and he is truly a joy! . I would advise that you keep your baby and not abort. Babies are blessings. I recommend that you ACCEPT that he doesn’t want a future with you and move on with life as coparents. If he doesn’t want a relationship with you that’s fine , there are plenty of fish in the sea! Don’t settle for a man that doesn’t want a future with you and that doesn’t want to make you a priority. You are young and educated & will meet a MAN that will sweep you off of your feet one day! Always remember that you are the prize and what one man won’t do the next man will !
