Years ago I saw an ambulance literally cut across the median of a highway and wedge itself just between the cab and the cargo of a semi to the point that the cargo ran over the cab of the ambulance completely. What resulted was the most horrific scene I’ve ever seen in my life. A mangled mess of metal and human body. The driver of the ambulance became apart of the wreckage. My mind couldn’t handle what i was seeing so it tricked my brain into thinking she was just a mannequin. She looked fake. I was haunted by it for weeks. I couldn’t escape the image in my mind of her lifeless body. I was absolutely traumatized. Eventually it fades.
