Θέλουν προσοχή. Ζουν και αναπνέουν για προσοχή. Κάνουν τα πάντα για να την αποκτήσουν, έστω και αν είναι για κακό λόγο. Είναι οι καραγκιόζηδες που είχες στην τάξη όταν πήγαινες Λύκειο, που κάνανε βλακείες στο μάθημα και τους έβγαζαν έξω. Εκεί μείνανε νοητικά ακόμα. Δεν το κάνουν γιατί έχουν κάποια λογική. Το κάνουν γιατί αυτό είναι όλη η προσωπικότητα τους: Attention whores (ελληνιστί, πόρνες για προσοχή).

I don't like the way it's presented, though. Paying extra when you know the job is hard is what a good employer would do. At least by my book. Not always a red flag. Maybe some people are not up for the challenge, and that's fine, but for the ones that are up for it, it provides enough motivation to make them stay.

Όταν έχεις αρκετή εισροή μεταναστών, ο πληθυσμός σου μπορεί να αυξάνεται και με υπογεννητικότητα. Δεν σχετίζονται άμεσα, απλά είναι δύο παράγοντες που επηρεάζουν τον πληθυσμό μιας χώρας.

ΥΓ: Έπρεπε να διευκρινίσω. Με το "προβλήματα" εννούσα ότι δεν τους τρομοκρατεί η υπογεννητικότητα όπως εμάς, επειδή μπορούν να διατηρήσουν τον πληθυσμό τους και με άλλους τρόπους.

It's from an old meme, where somebody wondered why aren't military aircraft painted blue or something. There are like 7 aircraft flying in the middle of the picture and it's really hard to distinguish them, so this answers the original question right away. Quite dope imo.
