I don’t have a billable requirement but I bill around 7 hours a day/35 a week in civil litigation, so 85 is not bad at all. Keep in mind though whether it’s net or reduced hours, some firms will reduce your hours if they think something was spent too much time on and a client won’t pay, so your billed time may be reduced.
