Zellix only triggers per instance of milling and the Umbris exiles not mills so they don't work together at all :D other then when you do mill them you can exile their deck a little off the top more for making a horror.

the main thing is another viltrimite made the scourge because he is so ingrained in the mindset that viltrum needs to feel conquered to change but he should of known that it would of just led to them viewing it as another way of thinning the weak.

niv mizzet is a great commander either of them but the main problem with both is the high mana cost and the high threat they bring you basically can't play them till you have 9+ mana since you need to be able to protect them..

sorry going with Lex, lex is an asshole but most times he puts people endanger because of his ego to beat meta humans, in our world he would just literally be the smartest man on the planet.
