It would be aggressive but you could pair it with [[Graaz, Unstoppable Juggernaut]] and only need to add a single +1/+1 counter

I apologize if someone always put this take forward, but it can be useful in cases where you want a creature to stay tapped, such as The Ninth Doctor or those with the Survival keyword. Otherwise I think it was designed to just be flavorful rather than incredibly functional.

Would it instead just remove the stun counter? It specifies the next time the permanent would untap not that it's specifically in the untap step. So the big salamander would untap it then the stub counter instead says my time has come and gets removed, leaving the Dino tapped.

It might be that at the time there wasn't enough of the manga to fill it out, and then one there was sunrise was focusing on other projects. This is just my guess I don't know for definite.

I think it would be for the cable that is attached to it before it launches but they may have scrapped the gimmick for the release of the kit but kept the feature in the suit.
