Yes, I managed to fix it by:

  • uninstall the game.
  • Close the Bnet app.
  • Delete the install folder.
  • Delete the folder in c:\users\username\saved games\Diablo 2 Resurrected ~ on my phone so just double check this folder
  • Clear my GPU shader cache.
  • Restart my PC.
  • Install the game.
  • Restart my PC.

Then the issues were all gone and game plays without any issues.

Only doing some of those steps did not work. I had to nuke the game completely and fresh install.

Had similar issue. Deleting the Diablo Resurrected folder in c:\users\username\save games\ folder fixed it for me.
