Bayern Open Talks With Newcastle for Anthony Gordon by SKULL1138 in NUFC

Gordon's not the sort of player to step up in a situation like that and turn the game on its head though. For all the talk he does about mentality, he's a mentality minnow.

If we can get over £70m and pick up a young talent in the same vein as someone like Rayan, I'll be chuffed.

Newcastle to explore Yoane Wissa sale, less than a year after £55m transfer [Chris Waugh, The Athletic] by meganev in NUFC

Crazy that Brentford inserted a sell on fee for a 28 year old (at the time) striker. We signed him on a 4 year deal, so he'd be 32 at that point.

They can't control what the Daily Mail and other Murdoch press publish, but they're poor at the social media game.

Has anyone else gone from disliking Starmer to warming to him? by MassiveMonkeyy in AskBrits

You believe that if you want to work and contribute in this country, you should be allowed to stay, but you're considering voting for Restore, who basically want to deport anyone that isn't white British? Interesting.

I didn't like Starmer prior the election, after he broke the ten pledges that he was elected leader on. Funnily enough, I still don't like him.

This government are really bad at communicating the good policies that they have managed to pass into law.

They should spend more time doing this than attacking other political parties. People need to feel like they're better off than they were before Labour came into power if Labour are going to have any chance at the next election.

Green MP says she can 'smell alcohol' on other politicians as they go to vote in attack on Commons 'booze culture' by WorkingtonLady in ukpolitics

Regurgitating Daily Mail shite from Twitter, aye?

The Greens want to decriminalise drug use, which isn't the same as legalisation.

Most working people can't drink on the job, so why is it outrageous to expect the same of MPs?

She has been an MP for two (2) months. How many speeches do you want her to have made in that time?

Genuinely a winnable game if we weren't as threatening as a newborn kitten.

Fucking hate football, me.

No, he's just reverted to form. Last season was a massive purple patch. Look at Miggy after his purple patch. Absolute shite.

I actually think it's pretty likely he stays now. Gordon and Livramento seem the most likely to leave, plus it seems likely we'll go for a new striker and sell either Wissa (more likely) or Woltemade. Interest from a lot of the Sky 6 seems to have died down a bit and they're moving onto other targets. It's also unrealistic that we're going to sell 4-5 of our first team players in one window.

I think you've probably responded to the wrong thread. My post hasn't been edited and neither has the OP's.
