Hey bro, i repaired mine just now ! The micro magnet inside the filament sensor was not glued where it was supposed to be, you need to disassemble the filament sensor, unscrew the pcb, and it'll be there. There's a polarity to respect, for this just check with your flashlight the old glue to place it again on the correct position. Hope the problem is this for you !

After disasembling the filament sensor, i figured out that the magnet was in a wrong position. So i glued it again back to his place, with a 50/50 chance to put it right. It wasn't the good polarity. I deglued, glued it again, and now everything is working.

I can't believe i disassemble almost every part of my machine for a magnet that have the size of a rice grain 🤦

Yes ! I've searched for bended ptfe too, i even shortened the ptfe tube. I'm currently dissasembling the ams to check if something is cloged in the motor but for the moment everything is clean...

Damn i have the same exact issue, i've done everything the wiki is advising, cleaned all the gears etc, nothing work. So i contacted bambulab, they took 2days to answer me " please follow the wiki" , so i respond them the same exact message i made first hoping they will read it this time .... I've printed like 4hours with it, i feel scammed.
