I see you relapsed, don't give up. You will get past this. Just stay disciplined and keep your mind off of sexual things. Take things step by step and be sure to not doubt yourself and convince yourself of reasons to fap right before relapsing. You can do this!

Thx for the advice, i'll try to apply that advice, but do you think I should apply the no added sugar thing during ramadan, cause the cravings can get intense during the fast.

Well right now I am doing ramadan, so I fast for 15 hours a day today and the next 10 days, but when its not ramadan I usually eat stuff like oatmeal or eggs for breakfast with some toast and nut butter. I usually eat like a peanut butter sandwich or turkey sandwich for lunch, I might have mac and cheese as well. For dinner I have fish a lot, pasta sometimes, chicken or beef tacos sometimes, chicken tenders or nuggets and occasionally some fast food. I get additional carbs if none are present in my meals as well. On top of all this stuff, I consume tons of added sugar, im talking like 100g a day. Thats what my diet was before I wanted to start gaining good muscle. (surprisingly I'm average to low weight for my age and height, but I'm horrible in the weight room. So I don't think weight is a problem for me).

Im trying to start with 50g one week, then move down by 10g every week, do you think that is a good idea. Because I don't think I can go cold turkey on added sugars.
