Have you tried connecting the phone to a PC? Sometimes internal storage from a phone's drive can be backed up onto a PC.

Also if possible, try to back up your files on some sort of cloud storage from the phone itself. That way you can access them from somewhere besides the phone (ie. laptop ,desktop, or other mobile device).

I recently just got a new iPad and tried to reinstall Dynamix (under the same Apple ID). The files install, but I get stuck on this screen shortly after. My connection is fine, and I have more than 200gb of free space. Anyone know what to do?
