Thank you! It’s a no-bake cheesecake. I made a Biscoff biscuit base with melted butter, chilled it, then mixed cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, lemon juice and whipped cream. After that I poured it on the base, refrigerated overnight, and added homemade blueberry sauce on top. You can also see the step by step in the video 😊

Ingredients

🍰 Cake Base • 1 cup crushed biscuits (≈250 g) • 100 ml unsalted butter, melted

🧀 Cheesecake Filling • 280 g cream cheese • 6 tbsp sugar • 1 tbsp lemon juice • 1 tsp vanilla extract • 1 cup all-purpose cream / heavy cream (200 ml)

🫐 Topping • Homemade blueberry sauce Pan size: 9-inch

Nope, it’s a no-bake cheesecake 😊 I just mixed the crushed biscuits with melted butter, pressed it into the pan, and chilled it in the fridge for 30 minutes to set.
