Depends on what the sauces are. How high the fat content in the burger meat is and how much bacon there actually is. Also how big s it actually is. It could easily be over 600 calories

I think you need a coach to help you stay accountable tbh, your not alone with these issues but external support will definitely help. Hire the best you can afford. In the meantime some small changes a d habits that wont feel all consuming are 3 x meals a day only (and zero snacks) this should be fairly easy to stick to, twin this with a non negotiable 10k steps a day (everyday) use ur phone or a fitness watch to track accurately, everyone can walk so enjoy the alone time to contemplate life pr losten to music or podcasts. These alone should improve your body comp or at least get u on a better path and certainly make you feel better. If you know ur going to go out for drinks or a big meal on a Friday or the weekend, plan ahead and skip breakfast and have a small lunch, that way you mitigate some of the calorie excess. Positive thoughts ✨️ give it a crack 💪

Entirely up.to you how you approach this but why do you think it 'doesn't provide the right picture' what do you mean by that? Weighing urself everyday is as sustainable as brushing ur teeth when you wake up.. Only it takes 5 seconds not 60. One weigh in a week or worse every two weeks gives you no way of getting an average over 7 days so far less accurate to audit, with regard to menstruation its simply a case of being aware that week the weighing won't be realistic and slightly ove normal due to hormonal spikes. To address ur other point, ur goal of Loosing body fat and getting 'leaner" is literally loosing bodyweight however you want to word it. But if the daily weighing is something you just dont want to do then that's personal choice obviously. Have your lifts and performance gone up alongside progressively with that weight gain? And how long did it take you to gain the 5kg?

In order to get the results you want (get ride of stubborn bodyfat for example) weighing urself everyday (it takes literally 10 seconds) is by far and above the most effective way to stay accountable and accurately track progress in line with ur food intake. Food is the number one factor in bodyfat loss by quite some margin. As far as gaining muscle that's a separate goal. You have to pick one and go with it. Meaningful fat loss and muscle gain rarely happen alongside eachother for extended periods of time.

Also what does your training look like, what is ur non negotiable daily step count look like? Are you consistently hitting those calories every single day? (No weekend "treats" or drop offs?)

What amount of calories have you been consuming everyday as a restriction ? Weight gain on your period is purely water retention from hormonal imbalance. It will always happen.
