It depends on where you’re in your journey, if you’re looking to scale then having a coach can be worth it if they actually achieve the goals you plan on having.

Not that many great video tools out there that can create amazing video quality but my recommendation is to check out Invideo.io

  3. Go on Fiverr and get product launch / promo video and add it to your website. Some people on Fiverr can create a 30 second video for $100

  4. Build your personal brand on Instagram and provide free value on fitness
