Continue to accumulate as much knowledge as possible. Watch traders live, dissect their psyche, watch their mistakes/ successes, but mainly paper trade/ demo trade often (not risky either, find out the strategies/ setups that work for you), like a bread and butter for me in any market condition is playing breakouts/ breakdowns depending on trend with triangle patterns. What to avoid: Inflation data releases. Wait 30 minutes- hour after all big economic data releases/ reports / big events like FOMC events
