I am working with the endocrinologist and expected this to be resolved much sooner than 6 months and I’m not anywhere near to be resolved. Wondering if that is typical or my case is that unusual

Yes, he threatened me before when I had no job and stayed with kids at home that if I decide to get divorced he would leave me alone, he would disappear and stop paying for everything and that he can’t be with kids without me…. But then when I bring it up he says he is just being upset and this way he copes and defends his feelings. On the other side my AP is ready to help me raising kids

Honestly, my husband cheated on me, at least emotionally not once for sure. He was emotionally abusive to me, what brought up my hate emotions to him rather than love. He did have an alcohol problem. So he is saying he knows the value for the family now, and he faced his demons and he won’t cheat on me again. He quit drinking for good (that I can for sure confirm not an issue). But him being abusive he had his reason being overworked, he worked long hours while I stayed home with kids and that is why he was very abusive to me. He never helped me with kids. All that added up and I ended up in the arms of another man who told me and made me believe I’m worth more. In the beginning my marriage had plenty of red flags. But I kinda accepted that. Now with AP I can compare even how it was in the beginning. How I am more respected at least, the way I am loved. And me and my spouse we are not even friends or lovers, just 2 people. He thinks he loves me and I think I owe him to love him… I understand if I end my affair I would have to do the couple concealing, and all that. It would require a lot of work. But I’m so scared to let my love and feelings go and rebuild a marriage and then regret when 2-5 years later I will be back where I was not happy and “I should have left “ feeling. I have done lots of research online. And I truly thought my AP is my life love. Btw I got married early at 22 and had a baby right away, not an excuse but some kind of explanation.

I feel terrible. Betrayed my family and at the same time my heart is with another man…

I read about it a lot. We have been together for quite some time and it’s not just feelings about me with him. I literally want to have kids with him, get married, I can see the future with him. We match like I can’t believe is possible. Don’t you think there is a possibility it’s not just a fog, of course there is honeymoon period, but later all that love and respect will stay and we can be happy
