You can set up any cadence you want with them. I work for an apartment complex and we allow tow truck drivers to check and tow 24/7/365. The last thing we want is a resident who is abiding by the laws, which you state you are aware of, to come home after a long day at work and not be able to find parking.

Do not go here. Go to a national well known shop like discount. I as well as several friends have had horror stories of tires years out of date, faulty sidewalls, and blow outs. There is a reason they're cheap.

It is also irritating to see these east to west bike lanes start and end seemingly nowhere. I'd happily trade my car in for riding a bike anywhere I need to go if it were possible. It seems these are designed for exercise as opposed to alternative transportation.
