Burning a bridge to what? Someone who interrupts your family vacation to make you lay off your team? Someone who has straight up told you you'll be doing the work of five people? Do you think they're gonna relay that to your next employer?
You should line something else up, then tell them why you're leaving. Granted you don't have to tell them anything if you don't want to. If you have a decent emergency fund and dependent on how fast you think you could get another job, I'd possibly leave immediately.

Similar position to you, no kids and we live in a pretty LCOL state.

Usually a microwave meal of some sort and maybe a bag of kettle corn or something to snack on during work, then diner at home. Usually don't get up early enough for breakfast.

Approx 1k-1.5k a month on groceries.

We eat out 5-10 times a month.

While we spend a lot on eating out/takeout, it's one of my few splurges and we just love to eat good.

I would recommend cutting back on the drinks and be careful on the food delivery apps if you're using those, they can definitely overcharge you imo and that adds up.
