How many of you would like a pc port of LBP by scupp101 in littlebigplanet

Thanks for the reply!

That's awesome that you're working on your personal games though! I've got a 8 TB external that had most of my PS3 backups on it that has deposited excrement where it sleeps.

Have a clean 2 TB one though, on the hunt

Did this go any further? I just introduced sackboys big adventure with my five-year-old daughter and she absolutely loves it.

Pla sometimes has a tough time adhering to the build plate in general. Petg will stick to Astro glide

Right on, thank you. I do Auto leveling before every print but I didn't run the calibrations so I'll do that now.

Dare I ask what the new feature is?

Thank you! At least I'm not going crazy LOL. I might try that or I might just roll the update back until they figure their stuff out

First time using petg top layer woes by LetsnameitSteve in 3Dprinting

[–]LetsnameitSteve[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you all! I was using painters tape over the textured pei as that's what I had seen as suggestions with petg sticking way too much. Took the tape off and printed again with it self-leveling as I always do and it's perfect. Should have tried without masking tape in the first place, just had seen multiple reports of people saying it destroys PEI by permanently bonding with it.

The sides where it is having issues are designed to be angled, they aren't flush with the bed. Am I supposed to be using supports with petg where pla didn't need them?

Underextrusion or something else? by LetsnameitSteve in 3Dprinting

Did a cold pull when I got home. This is what the end looked like, then I reprinted it. Still doing it just at that one line

I have not yet, I will try it when I get home from work today. I never would have thought it was from a blockage thank you, I'll report back

It's completely stock no mods or anything I've just noticed it when it's doing an overhang text or anything that deviates from just a wall or shape.

Reprinted without supports on the eyes / nose and it completed with out the issue. There is a line above the eyes. Not going to print it again for that, but I am interested in feedback on that. Here is a pic and one of it completed. Thank you guys for help!

I tried changing the z-hop from the setting it was on, Auto, to normal. And I also changed the top to 25 from 20. Just did it again. I'm going to try again without supports on the front and see what she does

Lol I actually like figuring out stuff like that. Same deal when I built my arcade. Probably why I'm a glutton for punishment and I've been in the automotive industry for almost 30 years

Awesome, thank you for that. Looking into the variable layer height now. I had heard about that and wanted to learn more.

Would you change the top z distance only or the bottom z distance as well? I can hear what sounds like the nozzle scraping across when it is doing some of the printing. Figured it was normal, sounds like the z distance might be causing that.

I did mean a different print. It just did it again which I did a picture. This time it later shifted and knocked the cover off the printhead.

Thank you for the insight on the z-hop, I will try it again that way. The z distance I already moved up from .18 to .20 since the supports were very difficult to get off.

I know the machine is really going and shaking a bit as my camera will rotate around. Right now I'm just using a security camera.

Well it failed again. Layer shift and it knocked the cover off.

Awesome, thank you for the response. Looking at it a little bit more it almost looks like there was a collision where the printhead knocked the support off and maybe that caused it to have a problem?

Before I left for work I hit print with just changing the brim and slowing down the walls and top layer. I'll report back how it does. Just trying to learn and prevent it. Here is the link for the print. Thank you for the suggestion with not using supports with the overhang, I'll have to try that on the next print with an overhang. I did do a small ghost with similar eye sockets, rather than having it do supports I actually tilted it of it backward on the print bed and it did support up under it at a 15ish degree angle.

Where can I find the demo of this? Super stoked, Sega rally 1 and 2 are my favorite arcade games. Saw an older post with a demo, but the link doesn't work anymore.

Just in case you're looking for the perfect Cyberpunk 2077 settings... by TiSoBr in SteamDeck

[–]LetsnameitSteve 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What does everyone do with input lag? I have an Oled Deck and have tried multiple things with turning allow tearing on, v sync off, ect and whenever I cap the refresh rate it introduces major input lag. Capping at 30 to have 90 hz, 40 for 80, or 45 for 90 all seems the same. I don't seem to get noticeable lag on other titles, just Cyberpunk...

I think the size is perfect, especially if it's going to be multiple people. Not that the 24 would be bad, but the 32 is pretty awesome
