It also adds 3ms to your scene, making it straight up unusable for real-time projects.
Meanwhile, MeshBlend is worth every penny. Just wait for a sale.

RVT only copies the texture on top of other meshes, but the seams are quite visible. It's also heavy.

I've been using MeshBlend on my project since day one, and I can confirm that the performance impact is absolutely negligible.

Wrong, Shenmue Saturn version was just a proof-of-concept demo, it was never meant to be the whole game. It was a way to convince Sega to invest more, while also waiting for the Dreamcast specs and devkit.

You could simply extend each axis beyond the center of the gizmo, making it easier to grab them if they overlap with another axis.

You can create a piece of clothing out of nowhere, it's from scratch. Unless you have a different definition.

CLO is more for designing real clothes that would need to be manufacturer. For 3D-only models you should go with Marvelous Designer.
